At the heart of my work is the belief that people possess an innate capacity to learn, connect, grow, and find meaning. When someone is struggling, their strengths and capacities can become harder to access. My practice is grounded in understanding the whole person and helping people connect more deeply with their own inner voice.

I am naturally drawn to what lies beneath the surface. I approach this through a biopsychosocial lens, considering how biological, psychological, and social factors interact within a person's experience. One of my strengths is synthesizing these many pieces, recognizing patterns, and making sense of complexity. Often, greater clarity emerges when seemingly separate pieces begin to fit together.

My counseling work is grounded in psychodynamic thinking and informed by relational, developmental, humanistic, family systems, and cognitive behavioral frameworks. I use an integrative approach, drawing on these perspectives and my background in mindfulness, executive functioning, learning, and education. While the methods may differ, my goal is to help people better understand themselves, recognize their potential, and develop a greater sense of agency.

I aim to help create the conditions in which greater awareness can emerge. As understanding deepens, people can make more intentional choices, strengthen relationships, build practical systems, and move forward with confidence, connection, and purpose.
